Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Since we are a small team and roast our nuts fresh, processing can take 1-3 business days before shipping.
We usually use ‘Evri’s Standard Delivery (2–4 days)’. If you need it quicker, you can book a faster delivery, and we will book ‘Evri’s 1-2 Day Delivery’.
If you would prefer to use another courier service, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate you, but we do have limited options from Ilfracombe.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within the UK. If you would like us to ship to another country, we may be able to do this if you are prepared to pay for the shipping.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is FREE for orders over £35. Orders under £35, are charged at a flat-rate of £3.50. You can also order a faster shipping for £3.50. If you select this option, we will prioritise you order and order a 1-2 Day delivery from Evri, although the deliveries are not guaranteed.
How do I track the status of my order?
If you supplied a correct email and phone number with your order, you should get tracking updates directly from Parcel2go.com.

Q: Are your nuts roasted fresh?
A: Yes! We roast all our nuts in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and flavor.
Q: Do your products contain any artificial ingredients or preservatives?
A: No, we believe in keeping things simple and natural. Our nuts are made with high-quality ingredients and no unnecessary additives.
Q: Are your products gluten-free?
A: Yes! All of our nuts are gluten-free and produced in a gluten-free environment. However, for some special mixes, we buy-in some extra ingredients for example, chocolate or sweets. These products may have been produced in a facility that also handles gluten-containing ingredients.
Q: Do you offer any vegan-friendly options?
A: Absolutely! Most of our nuts and snack mixes are vegan-friendly. Check the product description for details.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: We want you to be 100% satisfied! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days at [email protected], and we’ll make it right.
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.

Direct Orders
Q: Can we pick up from your unit in Ilfracombe?
You can pick up orders from us, but please let us know when you are planning on coming so we can have your order prepared.

Head out of Ilfracombe, towards Combe Martin.
Look out for the ‘Scarlett Pimpernel’ building on the right and ‘The Coach House’ is shortly after this on the left. You can park outside.

Q: Can I phone to make an order?
A: We’re usually too busy roasting and packing nuts to answer the phone. But you can WhatsApp your orders and questions to us on 01271 545054.
We can’t take payments over the phone, but we can send you a payment link.
