Bat Brains

These pecans get their name from their striking resemblance to bats brains! Luckily the comparisons end there though as these pecans, caramelised with cinnamon & vanilla are to die for! These nuts are a big favourite at festivals, and go amazing when warmed up and served on top of ice cream.
